You can browse HUGLIFE events without creating an account. If you contact us, join an event program, or submit a form, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and form responses.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to requests, coordinate events and partnerships, provide requested services, maintain our operations, and protect against misuse. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app tracking.

Tickets and external services

Ticket purchases and some linked services are provided by third parties, including Eventbrite. Their privacy policies apply when you leave HUGLIFE and use those services.

Retention and choices

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes above and applicable legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.
